Which data

Name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, company ID and VAT ID if you enter them, the contents of the order, and the technical record of the submission (IP address).

Why

We process the data to fulfil the order and to keep accounts. The legal basis is the contract and a statutory duty. An email enquiry is used only to answer that enquiry.

Recipients

The carrier of the chosen service (DPD, DHL) receives only the data needed for delivery. Accounting and tax records stay with the controller for the statutory period.

If you create a customer account, we store your e-mail, a password hash (never the password itself) and the billing details you enter; we delete the account and data on request.

How long

We keep the order and the billing data for the accounting and tax period. An enquiry that does not become a contract is deleted when it has been answered, and within 12 months at the latest.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, restriction and objection, and, where the law allows it, erasure and portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
